What You'll Do

Our Reputation Specialist opening is an entry-level, full-time opportunity, onsite at our Old Town Scottsdale office. You will be working in a fun and energetic environment with a lot of exciting team activities and company perks. There is also so much room for growth!

This is a position where you will get to showcase your deep understanding of social media review sites. Not only will you have a chance to be the voice of our clients and help them build a positive relationship with DAS Technology, but you will also help them connect with potential customers during a time when social media is playing a bigger role than ever in consumer activity.

  • Composing customized review responses, logging them in our internal tools, and posting them live on review sites
  • Crafting and sending client notifications of customer reviews
  • Checking client information to ensure we have the correct information
  • Auditing internal tools
  • Communicating any access issues or intensified reviews to the Digital Specialist team

What You'll Bring

  • College-level communication skills
  • Professional office experience, preferred
  • Must have experience using social media platforms and review sites
  • Experience multitasking and working under deadlines
  • Excellent writing skills with an emphasis on flawless grammar and spelling
